A big night of worship is coming to DeRidder on Saturday, October 11th, for an event called "Worship in the Boot." The event will be held at the Beauregard Covered Arena at 5515 Highway 190 West in DeRidder. Here's what you need to know about the event...

Leading the night will be Grammy Award-winning artist Rebecca St. James, whose songs have inspired believers around the world. She’ll be joined by LO Worship, the group that made a big impression during their appearance on Duck Dynasty: The Revival. Fans will also enjoy the Jason Lovins Band, fresh off their 2025 GMA Dove Award nomination. Rounding out the lineup is Donnie Bolden Jr. with Lighthouse for Jesus Ministries, who will bring powerful energy and a message of faith.

LeAnn Cooley, with the Beauregard Parish Covered Arena, says this event is something special for the community:

“I am beyond excited to share that Worship in the Boot is coming to the Beauregard Parish Covered Arena this October! This will be a powerful night of worship and praise, and it is our prayer that this event blesses not only our community, but also surrounding communities who will join together with us under one roof for one purpose — to give glory to God.”

The Beauregard Parish Covered Arena has the capacity to hold over 4,000 people, and organizers are hoping to fill every seat.

“We are thrilled to bring such an accomplished lineup of artists who are dedicated to sharing the Gospel through music,” Cooley added. “This night promises to be an unforgettable experience, and we believe it will set the stage for Worship in the Boot to become an annual tradition right here in Beauregard Parish.”

But Cooley says this night will be about more than just music.

“More than just a concert, this event represents unity, hope, and a chance to showcase what our facility can offer. By supporting this event and making it successful, we will open the door to even more opportunities to bring uplifting entertainment and ministry to our community in the future. I invite everyone — families, churches, friends, and neighbors — to join us. Let’s come together as one body, one community, and one voice, to worship the Lord and celebrate His goodness.”

Tickets will be available online starting next week, so mark your calendars and get ready to lift your voice at Worship in the Boot!

The funds that are raised for this event will help benefit the restoration efforts of the Beauregard Parish Covered Arena & Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office Chaplain Ministry.
