Today is National Voter Registration Day.

Please know WE the people stand between the success and demise of our nation. WE hire and fire the leaders of our country.
They work for us...not the other way around. No positive change will occur, until WE do something about it. WE are powerless..... only if WE choose to be. What happens to US, is truly up to US.

WE must vote, and make sure that EVERY elected official...truly represents.... ALL OF US, and not a select few. WE are America. The people. The voters. Below is a look at the Louisiana voter registration/election dates and deadlines via www.sos.la.gov. As you can see the deadlines to register in person or online to participate in OCTOBER 12th ELECTION have passed BUT you can still register to vote! There are plenty of very important election headed our way such as, the Presidential election.
However, you still have time to request a mail-in/absentee ballot for the October election. To qualify for a mail-in ballot you must be a senior citizen, handicapped/disabled, a student attending college out of your district or state, not going to be in town on election day.
