McAlister’s Deli in Lake Charles Opens Next Week, Peek Inside!

McAlister's Deli left us a while back but is now making its grand return to the Lake Area. The new place will be on 306 W. Prien Lake Road, and the opening date has finally been set! The Deli has announced its opening date for February 28 and will be open 7 days a week: Sun-Thurs 1030am to 9pm and Fri-Sat 1030am-10pm.

Although the new store seems a bit smaller than the first one that was in Lake Charles, they are still promising the same menu as before. I don't know about you, but I certainly do miss their sweet tea and the Orange Cranberry Club. That was always my go-to order back in the day.

With it being much smaller than before, and Lake Charles being the way we are with new openings, you might want to set aside more than just a lunch hour to be able to get your food. I am almost positive the lines will be out the door for quite a while as they get ready to make sandwiches all day!
