The most popular fireworks in Louisiana

  • Sparklers – Always a crowd favorite, and it takes a lot of danger out of the equation.  Kids love them for sure.
  • Roman Candles – These shoot out bright, colorful fireballs.
  • Cone Fountains – Great for ground displays, they spray out beautiful sparks and colors.
  • Firecrackers – In Louisiana, we use these to blow things up
  • Bottle Rockets – We sure miss the old school, smaller version, but they are not legal anymore. Be sure to put these inside a launching area and stand clear.

While fireworks are awesome and fun, remember, it is always safety first. Never let young children handle fireworks alone, have adult supervision, and always light them outdoors. And remember, while setting your fireworks, keep them away from people, pets, and buildings.

Have fun, stay safe, and Happy Fourth of July!
