According to KALB.com, Louisiana State Police is already gearing up for the holiday. They’re gonna have extra troopers out across the state watching for drunk drivers, speeding, swerving, and any of that wild late-night stuff that gets way too common this time of year. New Year’s is one of the most dangerous times to be behind the wheel.
Casey Wallace with Louisiana State Police said it plain. “Fun can turn fatal very quickly.” And she ain’t lying. With that being said this is your warning to not Drink and Drive tonight, let alone ever. It is always better to have a plan.
