I-10 Eastbound Shut Down, Traffic Being Diverted

UPDATE: 11:15 am July 9, 2024:

Per the Louisiana State Police, all lanes of I-10 Eastbound are now open.

Traffic Alert:

The Louisiana State Police The Louisiana State Police is reporting that I-10 East at U.S. 165 is shut down for a crash. Traffic is being diverted to 165 South, U.S. 90, across to LA 101 (Lacassine), where they can get back on I-10 East. --LSP

 

Traffic is currently backing up on I-10 Eastbound as motorists are being forced to exit at the Highway 165 off-ramp. Here is a map of the current situation.
