Sheriff Tony Mancuso has really taken it upon himself to be a beacon of the community and display some positivity in our city. In 2019, he created a Reality Check program. This was created to teach kids some life lessons that are often taken for granted.

During the summer, there will be various classes offered for teens in the area. This is going to really be a benefit for the youth and a great start for the parents to have something to build on. The program offers lessons to teens like changing tires on vehicles, checking oil, and even how to handle themselves during traffic stops.

Some will also have the chance to take a DWI Simulator course to see what it's like when they decide to drink and drive. If you would like more information on how to get your children involved and to see the upcoming dates, visit cpso.com for all of the latest details.
